This poster describes a new study to be excuted this winter into how pedagogical agents in MetaTutor can support socially shared regulated learning through reciprocal peer tutoring. In this 2-day study students will be working together in dyads on a shared assignment in a computer based learning environment. The first day students will be trained and informed about the assignment they will be working on in MetaTutor the second day. During the second day the dyads will each execute the role of tutor and tutee while working together on the assignment.
