Conclusion

Together, the three preceding sections contribute to, and expand on, current understandings of how we can (and should) use design for behaviour change models and tools. We can see that the body of work on design for behaviour change is starting to mature and there are many important developments that are worth noting. We therefore use two final chapters of this book to summarize the insights gained, to draw more general conclusions and to discuss the contribution, benefits and limits of the book (this chapter).
