Objetivo: evaluar la repetibilidad y reproducibilidad de las medidas del espesor y curvatura corneal obtenidas con el Oculus Pentacam, de la Universidad de La Salle. Materiales y métodos: para la repetibilidad de las medidas de la curvatura y espesor corneal con el Pentacam, un solo observador realizó diez repeticiones de diez ojos, y para la reproducibilidad dos examinadores, en sesiones separadas, ejecutaron tres tomas consecutivas en ambos ojos de veinte sujetos sanos. Resultados: en repetibilidad, el coeficiente de variación de las medidas de la curvatura corneal se encontró entre 0,2 % y 0,4 % y en el caso del espesor corneal varió entre 0,7 % y 1,4 %.
