Las normas tributarias y las diferencias con la norma internacional de contabilidad propiedad planta y equipo y sus efectos en el impuesto a la renta en las empresas del distrito de Chimbote

The purpose of the present reseach is to investigate the main differences between the tax rules and the international standard of accounting property plant and equipment and their effects on the income tax in the companies of the district of Chimbote. The problem investigated was: In what way the application of the international accounting standard Property Plant and Equipment originates differences with the tax rules in the determination of the income tax in the companies of the district of Chimbote? The population or universe of study were some companies of the district of Chimbote and its sample was of fifteen Managers Accounting, General Accountants, and twenty accounting assistants. The method used was the descriptive, explanatory and analytical, and the technique and instrument was the interview and interview guide. The research design was a single box. The results obtained allowed the submission of proposals for amendments to the Income Tax Law in a way that incorporates concepts established in the International Accounting Standard property plant and equipment which will allow companies to reasonably present their economic situation and Financial.El propósito de la presente investigación es investigar las principales diferencias entre las normas tributarias y la norma internacional de contabilidad propiedad planta y equipo y sus efectos en el impuesto a la renta en las empresas del distrito de Chimbote. La población o universo de estudio fueron algunas empresas del distrito de Chimbote y su muestra fue de quince gerentes de Contabilidad, quince contadores generales, y veinte asistentes contables. El método que se utilizo fue el descriptivo, explicativo y analítico, y la técnica e instrumento fue la entrevista y la guía de entrevista. El diseño de investigación fue de una sola casilla.
