Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of hand instrumentation, continuous rotary and reciprocating rotary biomechanics preparation of curved canals in the mesial root of lower first molars. Material and method: The degree of curvature and centricity of the duct was analyzed by measurements before and after. To establish the degree of curvature Schneider method was used, while for evaluating centricity duct dentin thickness was measured on the four sides of the tooth.
