Poultry commodity in Indonesia hasa good prospect in market because it is supported by characteristics of poultry products that can be accepted by Muslim in Indonesia. It has affordable price and accessible.Commodities are mainsupport in national supply of animal protein, so this prospect should be used for empowering rural farmers through optimized resource utilization. Currently, development of the livestock industry faces variety issues, such asstructure of livestock industry that still discontinuous and not related with subsystems agribusiness. The limitations in terms of capital, technology and human resources are made cooperation form in livestock agribusiness by various concerned parties. Cooperation can be realized in partnership form between core enterprises and small farmers.It’s not only increasing income of farmers but also realizing the availability of chicken meat in quantity, quality, time, and affordability. CV AJC GO is one of company’s partnerships in poultry industry that engaged withbreeder broilergroup. However, in its perform CV AJC GO has some problems that required new strategies to improve the business model. The purpose of this study: 1) identify the business model canvas CV AJC GO; 2) create new improvements of business model CV AJC GO with business modelcanvas approach; 3) give recommendationabout alternative strategies for CV AJC GO. The results indicated that business model of CVAJC GO has been identified using business model canvas. Nine elements of business model analyzed using SWOT analysis in order to obtain the alternative of business development strategy. Alternative strategies are: managing breeder partners to improve the achievements,provide customer care and farm guidebooks, optimizing the functionality of the internet and social media, creatingdivision of Research & Development, improving capacity and welfare of employees, making ERP system, making Cutting Chicken House (CCH), expanding the marketing of products to retail business and franchises using raw materials chicken, attracting the investors, and efficiency of operational costs and providing investment costs
