Menganalisa insiden kerosakan ginjal berikutan rawatan kemoterapi Cisplatin di kalangan pesakit onkologi melalui kaedah pengiraan kadar penapisan glomerulus sebelum dan selepas kemoterapi menggunakan persampelan plasma 99mTc-DTPA sebagai rujukan dan dibandingkan dengan kaedah pengiraan kreatinin dengan kaedah 99mTc-DTPA To analyze the incidence of Cisplatin induced nephrotoxicity in oncology patients through GFR estimation pre and post chemotherapy using 99mTc-DTPA plasma sampling as reference method and to compare with predicted creatinine clearance and Tc-99m renal scintigraph
