L’innovation dans l’économie sociale et solidaire

These two books deal with innovation in the third sector and the development of social entrepreneurship in France. Volume 1 brings together theoretical contributions and field surveys conducted over two years with dozens of ESS actors. The authors show that the social and solidarity economy can be part of technological innovation by promoting social innovation. Volume 2 deals with the accompaniment of project leaders in social entrepreneurship. It offers a practical guide facilitating their efforts. The authors show that social entrepreneurship is part of the modernity of technological innovations, trying to develop an equally rich and diversified social innovation. The book features many slideshows, animated diagrams and many interactive videos giving voice to people involved. To students and academics, he brings the necessary theoretical reflections to better understand the history and the ethical and philosophical issues of the third sector; To business leaders and association managers, it shows what tools for social innovation can be taken up; project leaders, community decision makers, he gives the keys to better build a file or evaluate it.
