TNFα treated 7SL-a-p50 and TAR-a-p50 transfectants show reduced NFκB-luciferase activity compared with vehicle controls

Transfectants were treated with TNFα at 20 ng/ml (plus) or medium alone (minus). Substrate and lysis solution was added to cells and fluorescence was measured and reported as relative luciferase units (RLU). Shown experiment is representative of multiple experiments.
