Endogenous GAC63 is recruited to TCF/LEF-responsive promoter region upon LiCl treatment

Cell extracts were tested by immunoblotting using anti-β-catenin antibody. () RKO cells were grown with or without 50 mM LiCl for 45 min and analyzed by chromain immunoprecipitation assays, using the indicated antibodies for immunoprecipitation. The immunoprecipitated DNA was amplified by PCR using primers to amplify the promoter region of gene and a region 3.6 kb upstream. Results shown are representative of two independent experiments.
