Endothelium-denuded, phenylephrine-contracted rat aortic preparations in which NO synthase was induced by incubation for 6 h with lipopolysaccharide (LPS)

The responses were unaffected by RCM-101 (0.4 mg ml) when it was introduced 15 min before the first -arginine challenge.
