Bar graphs show nNOS expression in standardized units (means ± SEM); below each bar graph a representative example of immunodot blotting is shown. Both CPP and ketamine decreased nNOS expression compared with saline-injected monoarthritic controls (*< 0.05 compared with control; Kruskal–Wallis test)
