Comparison of envelope (V3 to V5 regions) from subtype C chimeras with subtype B (X4 and R5) and C envelope sequences

Subtype C chimeras are designated by numbers. Dots indicate a match with the reference sequence whereas substitutions are indicated by the single letter code for the changed amino acid.
