Extracellular ATP reduces HIV-1 transfer from immature dendritic cells to CD4T lymphocytes-4

Luciferase activity was assessed at 48 h following initiation of the co-culture. (C) CD4T cells were infected with NL4-3Baleither in absence or presence of ATP (400 μM). Cells treated with the antiviral compound efavirenz (EFV) were used as controls. Virus production was monitored by measuring the cell-free p24 contents over time.
