Interaction of circadian clock proteins PER2 and CRY with BMAL1 and CLOCK-3

N the indicated fold excess of , 0.1, 0.04, 0.02, 0.01, 0.004 and 0.002 μg (A) or (B) were co-transfected (solid circles). Each dose of was also transfected in the absence of (open circles) to assess the effect of PER2 on CRY1/2-BMAL1 interactions.
