The wound regeneration profile of endothelial specific Dll4 heterozygous mice (<i>eDll4^+/lox</i>) is similar to that of constitutive Dll4 heterozygous mice (<i>Dll4^+/−</i>) and both share a reduced inflammatory response when compared to <i>Dll4</i> WT mice.
