<p>Analysis of the distribution of labeled DNA-strands among daughter nuclei of label-retaining cells (LRCs) on single cell level, using the actin-binding protein cytochalasin D. Cytochalasin D is an actin-binding protein that inhibits cytokinesis, while karyokinesis remains unaffected.
