Comparison of the inhibitory effects of 25 µM Kae and Dai on JEV mRNA expression at 48 h.

<p>(A) mRNA expression level of JEV-infected cells (mock infection) was defined as 100%. The amount of viral RNA was normalized by the amount of cellular β-actin transcripts. Mock infection: infection alone without compound treatment; pretreatment: cell monolayers were pretreated with Kae or Dai for 2 h, and then infected for 48 h; pre-infection: cell monolayers were infected with 0.1 MOI of JEV for 2 h and then treated with Kae or Dai for 48 h. The data represent the means for five replicate samples of three separate experiments.
