<p>A,B: HMC-1.1 cells (left panels), HMC-1.2 cells (middle panels), and KU812 cells (right panels) were cultured in control medium (Co), control medium with DMSO 1∶1,000 (DMSO Co), or with increasing concentrations (0.001 µM–1 µM) of NVP-BEZ235 (A) or RAD001 (B) at 37°C for 48 hours.
