<p><b>Ps:</b> the Affymatrix exon array transcript probe set; <b>SNP1:</b> the SNP marker documented in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0031429#pone.0031429-Fraser1" target="_blank">[13]</a>; <b>SNP2:</b> the SNP located in a predicted miRNA target site in the 3′ UTR region of the corresponding gene; <b>LD:</b> the linkage disequilibrium value between <b>SNP1</b> and <b>SNP2</b>; <b>TSE:</b> the miRNA target site effect; <b>Adj.p:</b> the FDR corrected p-value for <b>TSE</b>; <b>miRNA:</b> the MiRBase ID(s) of a human miRNA with the <b>SNP2</b> in the predicted target site. The common prefix “hsa-mir-” in the IDs is omitted. In rows with bold fonts, the <b>SNP2</b> is same as the <b>SNP1</b>.
