<p>A, after starvation for 24 hr, HUVECs were pretreated with or without DHC for 60 min and then incubated with EGM-2 at indicated time. Cells were harvested, analyzed by western blot and probe with antibodies. B, cyclin D1 expression was inhibited by DHC in a concentration dependent manner. Actin expression served as a loading control. Data represent from three independent experiments.</p
