Where multiple probes per gene were present on the array, the probe yielding the highest fluorescence value is shown. For none of the genes listed in the table was there an inverse or significant fold-change for alternative probes.</p>3<p>Fold-changes between SCC and control samples with a p-value <0.02 are shown.
