LCMV coinfections and reinfections of BHK-21 cells.

<p>Cells were infected with RFPrLCMV at the indicated MOI. At 0, 4, 8, 12 or 24 h p.i. cells were re-infected with GFPrLCMV at a MOI of 0.1 PFU/cell. The different panels show representative images of infected cells at 0 (A) and 48 (B) h p.i. with GFPrLCMV. Magnification is 20-fold. Nuclei were stained with DAPI.
