Progesterone regulation of Jam2 expression.

<p>(A) A representative Western blot of JAM2 protein after luminal epithelial sheets isolated from day 4 of pregnancy were treated in vitro with progesterone for 6 and 12 h, respectively. Progesterone was dissolved in ethanol. Ethanol was used as control.
