<p>Mice were vaccinated with Ad5-IiOva and 40 days later, serum (immune serum) was transferred to naïve mice so that each recipient received 1 ml serum. One day after serum transfer, recipient mice were vaccinated with Ad5-IiGP and the GP- specific CD8 T cell response was measured on day 11 after vaccination.
