<p>Detached leaves from four week-old plants were inoculated with <i>B. cinerea</i> spores, and lesion size (mm<sup>−2</sup>) measured after 5 days. ANOVA revealed a significant effect of host genotype (<i>p</i><0.001) on lesion size 5 dpi. Mean lesion sizes with different letters are significantly different (<i>p</i><0.05) as determined by Fisher LSD post-hoc analysis. Data shown are mean values +SD from three independent experiments. The <i>35S</i> lines analysed were <i>35S:ERF5</i> line 1 and <i>35S:ERF6</i> line 6.</p
