Real-time RT-PCR analysis of miRNA expression in glioblastoma tissues.

<p>The expression levels of miR-10a (<b>A</b>), miR-10b (<b>B</b>), miR-124 (<b>C</b>), and miR-874 (<b>D</b>) in 9 glioblastoma tissues and 4 normal brain tissues were determine by real-time RT-PCR analysis, shown in scatted graph and bar graph. Error bars are standard error of the mean. p value was obtained by student's <i>t</i>-test.
