<p>Immunocytochemistry of untreated (N/A) cells or cells treated with Pdx1 from day 5 to 10 and with a combination of Pdx1 and TAT-MafA from day 15 to 21 (P+M). Top panels show staining for the nuclear marker DAPI, Insulin and Pdx1 in untreated cells (a–c). Middle panels show individual staining of DAPI, Insulin and Pdx1 in P+M treated cells (d–f).
