Polymerisation of MamK.

Polymerisation was initiated by addition of ATP (0.2 mM) and the scattering intensity was measured after a 5 minute incubation period of the assay mixture in the temperature chamber. Light scattering was monitored using a 90° optics scattering angle at a wavelength of 400 nm. Data accumulation period Δτ = 10 µs.
