Accumulation of phenylpropanoids in stratified embryos.

<p>Ferulic, caffeic, coumaric and cinnamic acids, and the phytohormone salicylic acid were determined in embryos after different chilling treatments. Data are means from three biological replicates, with error bars representing standard deviation. Different letters (a-c) indicate significant difference between treatments, based on ANOVA and Multiple Range Tests with a confidence level of 95%.
