Homo-oligomerization of SLP-2.

<p>Parental Jurkat T cells and Jurkat T cells stably transfected with SLP-2-gfp or ΔN-SLP-2-gfp were lysed. Lysates were used for immunoprecipitation with anti-GFP antibodies (GFP ip), and immunoblotted serially for SLP-2 and gfp. Whole cell lysates (WCL) were also blotted to show expression levels of endogenous SLP-2 and the SLP-2 transgenes. This result is representative of at least 3 independent experiments.
