Effect of CH and REC on body weight, hematocrit and reticulocytes.

<p>A. FIO₂ was reduced from 21% to 8% (CH) over a two week period, to return to 21% for two weeks (REC). B. Body weight (BW) was reduced during CH and rapidly returned to a normal level during REC. C. Hematocrit increased during CH and returned to normal levels after 14 days of REC. D.
