Western blots (<b>A</b>) and relative protein levels (<b>B</b>, means ± SD, n = 3) of Bmi1 were determined in control and treated HBE cells at the indicated times. Western blots (<b>C</b>) were performed and relative protein levels (<b>D</b>, means ± SD, n = 3) of Bmi1 were measured after HBE cells were exposed to 0.0 or 1.0 µM arsenite for 0, 6, 12, or 24 h.</p
