RPW-24 activates <i>F35E12.5::GFP</i> and prolongs the lifespan of <i>C. elegans</i> infected with <i>P. aeruginosa</i> without affect growth of the pathogen.

<p>(A) The chemical structure of 2-N-(3-chloro-4-methylphenyl) quinazoline-2,4-diamine, which we have named RPW-24. (B) Fluorescence microscopy images of GFP expression from <i>C. elegans acIs101</i> animals, which express a <i>F35E12.5::GFP</i> transgene, exposed to the indicated concentration of RPW-24 or DMSO, the solvent control, for 16 hours at 15°C.
