<p>A comparison between the histograms of the MM similarity of words used to name objects at distance in the conceptual graph and in the reshuffled graph is reported. Note that the histogram corresponding to the original graph is biased towards higher values of similarity with respect to the reshuffled case, indicating excess similarity for semantically related words. However, both histograms are peaked at zero similarity, indicating that words can be semantically related without sharing similarity in form. Further, this latter case concerns the majority of the words, as is the case with real languages. The reported results are averages over 100 realizations with parameters values , , and .</p
