To study the influence of molecular structure on the volumetric properties of chloroalkanes, the densities of 1-chloropropane, 2-chloropropane, 1-chlorobutane, 2-chlorobutane, 1-chloro-2-methylpropane, and 2-chloro-2-methylpropane have been measured using a high-pressure high-temperature vibrating tube densimeter system over a temperature range from (283.15 to 328.15) K and a pressure range from (0.1 to 65.0) MPa. In the case of 1-chloropropane, 2-chloropropane, and 2-chloro-2-methylpropane the temperature ranges were (283.15 to 318.15) K, (283.15 to 308.15) K, and (283.15 to 323.15) K, respectively.
