<p>(a) Western blot analysis of signalling pathways in untreated MV4-11 cells (Unt) and 24 hours post knockdown of p22phox protein levels via siRNA (A, B). Cells were transfected with either of two siRNA oligomers for p22phox knockdown or a negative control oligomer (Scr) and compared to untreated cells 24 hours post-transfection. Histograms represent the ratio of the intensity of target bands quantified by densitometry factored by the densitometric measurement of loading control band.
