mRNA expressions of <i>p21</i>, <i>Cyclin D1</i> and <i>c-MYC</i> by genistein treatments.

<p>SW480 cells were treated with 0, 1, 5, 15, 25, 50 or 75 µmol/L of genistein for 2 d. The mRNA expression levels of <i>p21, Cyclin D1</i> and <i>c-MYC</i> were measured by RT-PCR. L7a was used as the internal control. Three independent experiments was analyzed and presented as the mean±SEM. Asterisks (*) indicate statistical significance compared to Control, 0 µmol/L genistein (<i>p</i><0.05).
