<p><b><i>A</i></b>: The effects of high (17mM) glucose on [ATP/ADP]<sub>cyt</sub> (reported with <i>Perceval</i>), [Ca<sup>2+</sup>]<sub>cyt</sub> (Fura-Red) and V<sub>m</sub> were measured in a single β-cell (representative of n = 30 cells).
