A map of human-<i>P. aeruginosa</i> protein interactions.

<p>In the figure, a round node represents a human protein, and a diamond node represents a PAO1 protein. Blue nodes are proteins involved in human-Pseudomonas protein interactions that represented by yellow edges, based on the data from the pathogen interaction gateway <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0041202#pone.0041202-Driscoll1" target="_blank">[52]</a>. Blue edges denote corresponding protein-protein interactions in a human interactome and the high-confidence PA PPI network. Yellow and red PAO1 proteins are essential proteins, and red ones are predicted to be potential drug targets by this study.
