Antimicrobial susceptibilities of <i>phoB</i>^KP mutant.

<p>Kirby Bauer disc diffusion assay was performed with different antibiotics and data for representative drugs are shown (A). Measure of disinfectant tolerance by WT and <i>phoB</i>^KP mutant when cells were exposed to different concentrations benzalkonium chloride (B) and chlorhexidine (C). The percent survival was calculated by comparison of viable cells in control.
