<p>(<b>A</b>) Gating strategy to identify neutrophils (NPh; Ly6G^high, GR1^high), dendritic cells (DC; CD11c⁺, MHC-II⁺), macrophages (MPh; CD11b⁺, F4/80^high), monocytes (Mo; CD11b^high, CD11c⁻, Ly6C^high, GR1⁺) and eosinophils (Eos; Ly6G^int, F4/80^int, SSC^high) 4 h post-infection.
