<p>The data show both DM and DMH1 treatment can induce beating EB formation beginning on Day 7 and that the percentage of beating EBs increases over time. Both compounds have comparable levels of induction efficiency that are significantly higher than DMSO control. Results are presented as the average of three independent experiments. Error bars denote the S.E.M. (standard error of the mean). P-value is calculated using two-tailed Student’s t-test. DMSO is the vehicle control. DM is dorsomorphin treatment. DMH1 is dorsomorphin homologue 1.</p
