<p>(Left) DMH1 induces significant upregulation of transcription factor for cardiomyocyte commitment (Nkx2.5) compared with DMSO control. DM also induces Nkx2.5 expression, but the induction is less robust than DMH1. Results are presented as the average of three independent experiments.
