NOD1 or TLR4 ligand and TAK1 mediated NFκB activation in HMVEC.

<p>(A) Mean NFκB nuclear intensity/cell (normalised to 1000 cells) following stimulation with C12-iE-DAP 10 µg/ml (NOD1 agonist), LPS 10 µg/ml (TLR4 agonist) or IL-1β 1 ng/ml for 1 hour in the presence or absence of the TAK1 inhibitor 5Z-7-oxozeaonol. Results are mean ± SEM n = 6. Data was analysed by one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s Multiple Comparison Test (*P<0.05 vs. CTRL) or by two-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s post tests (+P<0.05 vs. vehicle).
