<p>F-actin protrusions produced by the two Leading Cells (LCs) on one side during epidermal cell migration were analyzed using the <i>plin26::vab10 Actin Binding Domain::gfp</i> transgene (<i>mcIs51</i>) <a href="http://www.plosgenetics.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pgen.1002863#pgen.1002863-Patel1" target="_blank">[12]</a>, <a href="http://www.plosgenetics.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pgen.1002863#pgen.1002863-Gally1" target="_blank">[27]</a>.
