<i>In vivo</i> effects of CD44- and CD147-KD on tumorigenicity and sensitivity to DTX in s.c xenograft models.

<p>Tumor growth curves for PC-3M-luc, PC-3M-luc-scr, PC-3M-luc -CD44-KD and PC-3M-luc-CD147-KD xenografts are shown either with VC (the plot on the left) or with DTX treatments (the plot in the middle). The ratio of DTX treated versus VC treated tumor volumes (DTX/VC) was plotted from the start of treatment to the end of experiment (shown in the plot on the right) (<b>A</b>). At the end of experiments, tumor weight from PC-3M-CD44-KD and PC-3M-luc-CD147-KD group mice was obviously reduced compared to that from PC-3M-luc and PC-3M-luc-scr group mice with VC and DTX treatments (<i>P</i><0.05) (<b>B</b>).
