Effect of Tβ4 treatment after knocking down of Cu/Zn-SOD and Bcl₂ in presence and absence H₂O₂-induced oxidative stress in cardiomyocytes.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Neonatal cardiomyocytes were transfected with scramble and Bcl₂ siRNA, (<b>C</b>) scrambled and Cu/Zn-SOD siRNA in the presence and absence of Tβ4 under oxidative stress and Western blotting was performed using Bcl₂ and Cu/Zn-SOD antibodies as probe.
