Large spheres are proteins differentially expressed in response to FLC; red indicates proteins induced or up-regulated; green indicates proteins suppressed or down-regulated; and blue indicates no data at that time point. Smaller spheres are colour-mapped according to Gene Ontology biological process. The network analysis reveals correlated processes in response to FLC treatment from 3 h to 6 h time points.
