<p>Bacterial cultures of <i>B. japonicum</i> wild type (•) and mutant strains Δ(<i>ecfF</i>-<i>osrA</i>) (○), Δ<i>osrA</i> (▴), Δ<i>ecfQ</i> (Δ), and Δ(<i>ecfQ</i>, <i>ecfF</i>-<i>osrA</i>) (□) were grown aerobically (<b>A</b>; PSY medium) or anaerobically (<b>B</b>; YEM medium). Data points are means of three cultures grown in parallel with bars representing standard errors of the means.
